This document contains the terms and conditions governing the use of the 450mt platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read this document carefully in its entirety before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 450mt platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 450mt as the platform provider. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any changes to these terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.

The 450mt platform is exclusively for users aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

Account Creation & Security

Account Registration

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 450mt platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.

During registration, you are required to provide your full name, contact information, and any other details requested. All information must be accurate, current, and complete. 450mt reserves the right to request identity verification at any time.

Account Security Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. 450mt will never ask for your password via email or any external communication channel.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately. 450mt is not liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to safeguard their login credentials.

User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

Users of the 450mt platform agree to comply with all of the following rules when using our services:

Do not use the platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law or the laws of the country in which the user is located.
Do not attempt to hack, breach, or disrupt any systems, servers, or networks associated with 450mt.
Do not use automated software, bots, scripts, or any other method to access or interact with the platform without prior written authorisation.
Do not spread false, misleading, or unlawful content through the platform.
Do not engage in any form of fraud, money laundering, or activity that compromises the integrity of the platform.
Do not make any false claims or allegations about 450mt to third parties.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances linked to suspicious activity, and legal action where necessary.

Payment & Transaction Information

Deposit

All financial transactions on the 450mt platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Deposits can be made via the payment methods listed on the platform, including bank transfer, TNG eWallet, and FPX.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on the selected payment method and are subject to change. 450mt reserves the right to decline or withhold any deposit that raises suspicion of unlawful activity.

Withdrawal

Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the verification procedures established by 450mt. The account name on your payment method must match the name registered on your platform account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

450mt reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing a withdrawal. Processing times depend on the selected payment method and may take up to 3–5 business days in certain cases.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by 450mt are subject to varying wagering requirements. The specific conditions for each promotion are set out in the relevant promotion terms. Failure to meet the wagering requirements prior to making a withdrawal will result in the forfeiture of the bonus. 450mt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.

Liability Limit & Account Policy

Limitation of 450mt's Liability

450mt accepts no liability for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from betting outcomes, service disruptions, technical errors, or unauthorised account access.

While 450mt strives to ensure platform availability at all times, we do not guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions or technical errors. Scheduled or emergency maintenance may cause the platform to be temporarily inaccessible.

Account Suspension & Closure

450mt reserves the right to suspend or close a user account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, suspicious activity, suspected fraud, or instructions from a relevant authority. Where a suspension arises from a terms violation, the account balance may be withheld pending investigation.

Intellectual Property

All content, logos, designs, text, images, and software on the 450mt platform are the intellectual property of 450mt or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content without prior written permission.

Third-Party Links

The 450mt platform may contain references to third-party services. 450mt is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.

Changes to Terms & Governing Law

450mt reserves the right to amend, add to, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Users are responsible for reviewing the terms periodically to ensure they remain compliant with the latest version.

These terms and conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the 450mt platform shall be resolved in accordance with the procedures prescribed under Malaysian law.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be set aside and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
